    OPORD 07: "OPERATION EQUILIBRE"

    LÉGIO PATRIA NOSTRA

GTIA "LÉGION" / PCIAT HQ: BOA NAPOLEON DTG: [DATE REDACTED]

OPORD 07: "OPERATION EQUILIBRE - PHASE 4 (NORTHERN PUSH / SHURYAK PATROL)"

REFERENCES: A. Map Series: KUNAR_VALLEY_50K_V2 B. AAR OP 06 (Southern Shield) C. INTEL SUM: GREENFOR BOUNDARIES

    TIME ZONE: ZULU

    1. SITUATION

    A. General (Situation Générale)

With the Southern grid (Korengal, Sangar, and Khoran Rud valleys) fully secured, GTIA Légion is transitioning to Phase 4. The operational focus now shifts North to establish contact and secure boundaries with GREENFOR (The Independent Faction/Shadow Government) controlling the northern Kunar province.

Access to GREENFOR territory is channeled through three primary Main Supply Routes (MSRs):

    1. Zahran Valley MSR (Westernmost)
    2. Korengal Valley MSR (Center)
    3. Shuryak Valley MSR (Easternmost)

    B. Enemy Forces (OPFOR - Red Faction)

    • Status: Enemy forces have been severely degraded in previous engagements. However, the Shuryak Valley MSR was the primary conduit for the heavy motorized reinforcements (INS-MOT-01) encountered during OP 05.
    • Disposition: Reconnaissance is minimal. We expect to encounter entrenched holdouts, IED belts, and reorganization camps in the villages along the Shuryak axis (Kharka Dahy, Salar Ban, Cham).
    • Capabilities: Ambush, IEDs, light to medium motorized infantry.

    C. Neutral Forces (GREENFOR - Green 4)

    • Status: Neutral-Hostile.
    • Disposition: Holding the Northern sector, including Kunar Abad. They will fiercely defend their borders. Contact with their outer checkpoints is anticipated if we push to the edge of the MSRs.

    D. Friendly Forces (BLUFOR)

    • GREEN 1 (Section Vert 1): Main Combat Patrol Element (VBCI/VBL/Griffon).
    • OP LASALLE: Fully constructed and operational. Serving as the Jump-Off Point (JOP) for this operation.
    • Air Assets: CAS and Drone ISR available on request.

    2. MISSION

GREEN 1 is to conduct an aggressive Combat Reconnaissance Patrol along the Shuryak Valley MSR to CLEAR the villages of Kharka Dahy, Salar Ban, and Cham. BE PREPARED TO (BPT) redeploy to the Korengal Valley MSR to SECURE Tor Keley and open the route to Kunar Abad.

    3. EXECUTION

    A. Commander's Intent

The purpose of this mission is reconnaissance in force. We need to physically drive the Shuryak route to verify enemy presence and clear the logistical pipeline they used against us in Sangar. Momentum is key, but caution is required due to the lack of prior ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance). We will probe North until the routes are clear or until we establish visual limits with GREENFOR boundaries.

    B. Concept of Operations

The operation will be conducted in two phases, with Phase 2 dependent on time and operational capacity.

PHASE 1: SHURYAK VALLEY COMBAT PATROL (Main Effort)

    • Deployment: GREEN 1 deploys from OP LASALLE.
    • Route: Navigate North alongside the Zaymur River on the main road.
    • Objectives: 1. Clear Kharka Dahy: Known origin point of previous motorized counter-attacks. Treat as high-threat. 2. Clear Salar Ban: Proceed North and secure the village. 3. Clear Cham: Secure the final northern settlement on the Shuryak MSR before the terrain opens up.
    • Action on Contact: Return fire, establish fire superiority utilizing VBCI assets, and rapidly assault through ambushes. Do not get bogged down; utilize CAS if heavy resistance is met.

PHASE 2: KORENGAL MSR & TOR KELEY (On Order)

    • Trigger: Phase 1 complete, Shuryak MSR secured, adequate daylight and combat effectiveness remaining.
    • Redeployment: GREEN 1 drops back and laterally shifts to the Korengal Valley MSR.
    • Objective: Push North up the Korengal MSR to SECURE the village of TOR KELEY.
      • Significance: Tor Keley is the final geographical chokepoint on the Korengal axis that connects directly to Kunar Abad, the stronghold of GREENFOR. Securing it gives us full control of the approach to their territory.

    C. Coordinating Instructions

    1. Rules of Engagement (ROE): Card 32-ALPHA.
      • CRITICAL GREENFOR DIRECTIVE: If elements wearing GREENFOR insignia or flying GREENFOR flags are encountered (especially near Cham or Tor Keley), HALT AND DO NOT ENGAGE unless fired upon. Initiate immediate radio contact with PCIAT for diplomatic coordination.
    2. Civilian Considerations: Treat all villages as populated until proven otherwise.
    3. ISR: Maximize organic drone usage ahead of the convoy to compensate for the lack of strategic reconnaissance.

    4. SERVICE SUPPORT (LOGISTIQUE)

    A. Supply

    • Station: OP LaSalle serves as the primary logistical hub for this operation.
    • Rations: 24hrs on person.
    • Ammo: Basic load. Extra 5.56mm and 7.62mm linked available via vehicle resupply.
    • Water: Critical. 3L per man minimum.
    • Vehicle Recovery: VBCIs are self-recovering where possible; heavy recovery assets at BOA Napoleon on standby.

    B. Medical

    • CCP (Casualty Collection Point): TBD by medical team.
    • Role 1: embedded with Green 1-0.
    • Role 2: BOA Napoleon Medical Station.
    • MEDEVAC:
      • Category A (Urgent): Launch Scramble.
      • Category B (Priority): Ground convoy if road is clear.
    • MEDEVAC via Rotary Wing is on standby at BOA Napoleon.

    C. Prisoners

    • A collection point will be established near OP Murat.
